What personal data we collect and why we collect it
The data concerning the user is collected to allow Moment Poetry to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: analytics, contacting the user, registration and authentication and interaction with external social networks and platforms.
Customer contact information
The following personal data is necessary for Moment Poetry to process an order in accordance with our terms of service and deliver the ordered items to the customer’s satisfaction:
email address, first name, last name, phone number, address, company name, VAT Number, country, ZIP/Postal code and city
By registering or authenticating, users allow Moment Poetry to identify them and give them access to dedicated services.
The user registers by filling out the registration form and providing the personal data directly to Moment Poetry. Purchase is also possible without registering, but the required personal information necessary for successfully delivering the ordered poems needs to be provided in Checkout:
Personal data collected: first name, last name, address, city, country, email address.
For companies: company name, address, country, company identification number.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Contact forms
If you wish to contact us we need to collect your email address to be able to respond to your request/question/suggestion. The provided email address will not be used for any other purposes (other mailings etc.).

For the purpose of mail delivery, the contact details provided by the customer are made accessible to mail carriers, responsible for delivering the ordered poems.

For users that register or make a purchase, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile or checkout process. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. We will only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for – to deliver the best possible service for the users and customers.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
